By default, Prospr automatically creates and manages Location-wide and Location/Team-specific chat groups based on each user’s profile details (their assigned Location(s) and Team(s)).
If these auto-generated groups don’t support your team’s workflows or aren’t needed, they can be turned off. Billing Administrators can manage this setting with the web browser under Account > Advanced Settings > Automatic Chat Groups.
