There are two types of chat groups in Prospr: custom and Location/Team-based.
1) Custom Chat groups are created by Prospr users and may contain any combination of users. Only the owner of a given chat group can add and remove users, however, users can choose to leave manual group chats.
Custom chat groups will display their custom group name and photo (or if a photo is not added, a cluster of the member profile photos will show).

2) Team/Location Chat thread users are managed by each User’s Location and Team settings. You cannot modify these chat members within the messaging center.
Team/Location Chat groups will display with the Location name and the Team name (Location).
To include Users in these groups, you must add them to the required Location(s) and Team(s):
