Connecting Mariana Tek </> Prospr

Please note, you must be an Administrator or Manager for configuration.

Integration Configuration

The integration requires some pre-configuration on the Mariana Tek & Team Prospr side so if you’re interested in activating the integration for your account, reach out today!

Once Team Prospr has confirmed activation, we can complete the connection across your Prospr and Mariana Tek accounts. 

1) From the Prospr Web app, open your left sidebar and navigate to "Settings".

2) Click on "Mariana Tek Integration".

3) Enter your Mariana Tek subdomain. You’ll need to obtain this from your Mariana Tek representative.

4) Once connected, you’ll be able to map your locations, teams, and team members between Prospr and Mariana Tek.

5) To pull over your first synced shifts, first remove any of the instructor shifts that may be preexisting on your Planner - these are going to pull over from Mariana Tek.

6) Now, you’re ready to sync the first shifts from Mariana Tek into Prospr! Click the “Mariana Tek sync” button.

Prospr Pro Tip
Your Mariana Tek schedule will populate in Prospr for a rolling 90-day period. As your team coordinates swaps in Prospr, they will automatically update in Mariana Tek.
