Prospr </> Mariana Tek Data Mapping

Please note, that each time you add a new team member you need to map their Prospr user to their Mariana Tek user. Same for adding a new Location or class type.

Integration Mapping

1) From the Prospr Web app, open your left sidebar and navigate to "Settings".

2) Click on "Mariana Tek Integration".

3) Mapping:

• Staff
  We’ll try to match users when their first and last names are the same in Mariana Tek and Prospr. You can accept all the matches at once by clicking “Accept All Suggestions,” or you can check them one by one. If you don’t see someone in the dropdown, it means they haven’t accepted their Prospr invite yet.

• Locations & Rooms
  Match each Mariana Tek location to the right Prospr location. You’ll also need to match each Mariana Tek room to a Prospr room. If you skip this, you’ll see warnings when you look at shifts in the Prospr Planner.

• Teams & Class Types
  For each class type you use in Mariana Tek, choose the Prospr Team that’s allowed to work it. If you have instructors who are only allowed to teach some classes, set up different Prospr Teams to help manage this (for example: Instructor, Instructor II, Instructor III).
