Your Prospr account has a primary timezone configured at the time of your account creation.
Please be mindful that setting the proper timezone for each Location is equally important and will likely be the cause if your users are seeing their shifts “an hour/two hours off”. To view and modify timezone settings for your Locations, see here:
Adding Locations to Prospr
Use Locations for physical locations and to segment communication by other groups
1) From the Prospr Web app, open your left sidebar and navigate to "Settings".
2) Click on "Account".
3) Towards the bottom on the left side of the page, click the carat to expand under “Advanced Settings”.
4) Use the Default Timezone dropdown to set your preferred account setting.
5) “Save Changes” when done!
