Admin's can set who can see pay rates based on role type.
Important: To update who can see pay rates in your Prospr Workspace, contact Prospr Customer Success - this change has to be done by your representative.
On Prospr, the default setting is for only Admins to be able to view pay rate information for all team members and users. This means Admins can update user pay rate information within an employee's user profile as well as see projected payroll within Prospr's payroll forecasting tools (link to forecasting when done) and when publishing a schedule.
This can be changed to Admins & Managers, meaning all users with Admin + Manager level accounts would be able to see pay rate information.
