The Prospr Directory can help you quickly look through your Prospr users and locate their contact details!
Prospr Directory on the Web App
1) While logged in to the Prospr Web App, use your menu on the left to click on "Directory." You will see a list of your active users in your Prospr Workspace, along with their contact details. On the right, you will see your own details.
2) Clicking on another user will bring up their full profile details. In the example below, we can see Phil's contact info, Locations + Teams, his manager, and more. We can also click on "View Account" to go directly to Phil's full profile.
3) At the top of your Directory, click "More" to sort by additional filters. You can then filter your full Directory by Location, Team, Job Titles, Account Types, and Gender.
Important: As an Admin/Manager, you can decide if Team Members should have access to other users personal contact information.
Prospr Directory on the Mobile App
1) While on the Prospr Mobile App, use your menu to navigate to the Directory.
2) You will now see a list of the active users in your Prospr Workspace!
3) Use the search bar at the top of your screen to look for a specific user.
4) Tap on a user to view their contact details! Tap on any of the options under "Contact" to either message, call, or email the user.
