Organizing Your Resources - Categories + Folders + Articles

Learn how to start building out the structure of your Resources section!

Important: In order to build out your Resources, you will need to be on the Web App version of Prospr.

In Prospr Resources, you will be able to store and share PDFs, tutorials, training videos, SOPs, and more! Resources are organized by Categories, then Folders, and then your Articles.

In the Resources section below, "Managers Corner" is an example of a Category. Beneath that, both "Onboarding Materials" and "Manager Logs" are examples of Folders. Within the Folders is where your content will be stored, in this example "New Hire Paperwork" and "April Manager Log."
