In this article, we'll cover how to easily share Bulletins across multiple linked Workspaces. No need to create a Bulletin from scratch every time!
Important: A user must be a member of both Workspaces in order to Import content from one to another.
1) First, make sure that your Workspaces are linked together. This should have already been done by Prospr Customer Success but if you're not sure, speak to your Prospr Customer Success person and they will be happy to help.
2) Click on the + button to begin creating a new Bulletin as you normally would. You will now see a button that says "Import."
3) After clicking on "Import," a new menu will appear. Use the dropdown menu at the top to select a Workspace to import a Bulletin from. Then, click on the Bulletin you would like to import.
4) You will now have the Bulletin in your current Workspace! You can make any additional edits as necessary, and hit "Publish" when you are ready to share with the team.
