Learn how to unpublish a full schedule, as well as unpublish single shifts!
Unpublish a Full Schedule
1) In the Scheduling Planner, click on the "Magic Wand" icon on the far right of your screen to open up your Scheduling Toolbox.
2) At the top of the Toolbox, click on "Draft."
3) On the popup, check the date range is correct and click "Yes, Unpublish."
Important: Unpublishing shifts removes all scheduled shifts from your team members schedules. They will also receive a notification that the shifts have been removed.
Unpublish a Shift in Gantt View
1) In the Gantt view, find the shift you want to unpublish.
2) Click on the calendar icon to the right of the shift.
3) Choose whether to notify the team member, then click "Unpublish."
4) The shift will become unpublished, and removed from the team members schedule!
Unpublish a Shift in Grid View
1) In the Grid view, find the shift you want to unpublish.
2) Hover your mouse over the shift, and click on the three dots that appear on the right side of the shift.
3) In the menu that appears, click "Unpublish."
4) Choose whether to notify the team member, and click "Unpublish."
5) The shift will unpublish and be removed from the team member's schedule!
