Forget your password? Been there! Here is how to reset!
1) On the log-in screen, select "Forgot Password."
2) Enter your email address you use to log in to Prospr. You'll be sent a temporary code, which you will use to reset your password.
3) Check your email for the 6 digit code that you've been sent. The email will look similar to the one below.
Important: Can't find the password in your email? Make sure to check in your spam and junk folders. If the email did not arrive, let a Prospr Customer Success rep know.
4) Enter the code you received in your Prospr mobile app, and enter your new password. When complete, tap on "Change Password."
5) Success! You will now be able to log in with your updated password! Tap "Login" to proceed.
