How to Cancel an Approved Time Off Request

As an Admin/Manager learn how to remove a Time Off Request that has already been approved in Prospr!

Canceling an Approved Time Off Request via Web App

 

1) While on the Prospr Web App, use your menu to navigate to Scheduling > Time Off. 

2) Modify your view to suit your needs

  • Choose a Calendar vs Team view and any other filters
  • Unapproved requests are displayed in yellow.
  • Approved requests are displayed in blue.

 

 

3) Select the request you wish to modify

4) Use the trashcan icon and then confirm the intent to delete by clicking "Yes, delete it"

The team member will receive a notification from Prospr once there has been a change to the request.

 Canceling an Approved Time Off Request via Mobile App

1) While on the Prospr Mobile App, use your menu to head to Master View. Then, click on "Time Off Tracker". IMG_7768 

  • Pending requests will display a "Pending" tag
  • All other records in this view have been approved

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2) Press any approved record, and receive a prompt to "Swipe to delete"

The team member will receive a notification from Prospr once there has been a change to the request.

Important: Prospr will group all dates for an approved Time Off Request together when removing. In the example above, Phil had requested off for December 22nd - 25th. Choosing to remove any of those dates will remove all of them together, as one unit.
