Permissions
- Administrators
- Ability to make a Broadcast for all groups, locations, and team members in the workspace
- Managers
- Ability to make a Broadcast for their groups, locations, and team members
- Team Members
- Transparent feature
- May receive Broadcasts from Administrators and Managers and reply directly to Broadcast owner
- Access the Broadcast feature under "Messages"
- Click to Create New Broadcast
- Determine recipients by Locations, Teams, Groups, and individual users.
- Name your Broadcast.
You can find your Broadcast thread later with this name and this is what recipients will see as a header for the contents of your message.
- Build the content for your Broadcast message.
Add images, files, GIFS, and even polls.
- Hit send!
- As your team starts to reply to your Broadcast, those responses go to you only and appear in your private thread. You'll also be able to track read receipts and trace who has opened your Broadcast.
