Your workplace may require geo-fence validation to verify that you are at work before you can clock in with Prospr. To ensure this works, confirm that your phone or browser has granted Prospr the correct location permissions.
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down and tap Privacy & Security.
Tap Location Services.
Make sure Location Services is toggled ON.
Scroll to find the Prospr app.
Tap the app name, then select one of the following options:
While Using the App
Always
If prompted, also toggle Precise Location ON to allow accurate positioning.
Open the Settings app.
Tap Location.
If you don’t see it right away, you may need to tap Security & Location or search “Location” in Settings.
Make sure the Use Location toggle is ON.
Tap App permissions (or App location permissions).
Find and tap the Prospr app.
Select one of the following options:
Allow all the time
Allow only while using the app
If available, enable Use precise location for better accuracy.
Open Chrome.
Go to the Prospr site.
Click the lock icon in the address bar.
Select Site Settings.
Find Location and choose:
Allow (recommended)
Ask every time
Refresh the page for changes to take effect.
Open Firefox.
Go to the Prospr site.
When prompted for location, choose Allow or Block.
To manage settings later:
Click the lock icon in the address bar.
Select More Information > Permissions.
Under Access Your Location, set to Allow.
Reload the site to apply changes.
Open Safari.
Go to the Prospr site.
In the menu bar, click Safari > Settings for This Website.
Next to Location, select:
Allow
Ask (prompts each time)
