1) On the Prospr Web App, use the menu on the left to navigate to "Scheduling" > "Planner"
2) While in the Scheduling Planner, click on the circular "Gear" icon on the right side of your screen.
3) In the Settings menu that pops open, under "Scheduling & Shifts", click on "Edit Settings."
4a) For Shift Switches:
Scroll down to the Shift Switches section of these settings.
Check the box for “Allow multiple people to queue for same pickup shift.”
4b) For Shift Pickups:
Scroll down to the Shift Pickups section of these settings.
Check the box for “Allow multiple people to queue for same pickup shift.”
1) When you have shifts in the pickup queue, your dashboard will display a button for “Pending Approvals”. Click here.
2) Select the shift you’d like to manage
3) Choose which team member you’d like to assign the shift to.
4) Click “Done'“.
The team member assigned to the shift will get a notification that it’s been added to their schedule. Everyone else in the queue will be notified that they weren’t selected.
1) When you have shifts in the pickup queue, your dashboard will display a button for the “Pickup Queue”.
2) Click the “Assign” button for the shift you’d like to manage
3) Click the shift date.
4) Select the checkmark next to the team member you’d like to assign the shift to.
If you wish to remove people from the queue, you can click the pencil button to edit the team members in the queue for this shift.
4) Click “Make Assignments'“.
The team member assigned to the shift will get a notification that it’s been added to their schedule. Everyone else in the queue will be notified that they weren’t selected.
