The Shift Monitor on the Web App
1) While on the Prospr Web App, use your menu to navigate to the Dashboard.
2) Your Shift Monitor will be at the top right of your screen.
3) If your Workspace is using Shift Notifications, you will see "Pending" for those users who have received a notification but have not yet confirmed. A yellow circle indicates that a team member received their first notification. A yellow + red circle indicates that a team member has received both notifications, but has still not confirmed.
You can also hover your mouse over these circles to see the shift notification time.
4) Click on the "Confirmed" tab to see which users have confirmed their shift for the day! You can hover your mouse over the blue circle to see at what time they confirmed the shift.
5) If your Workspace has Time + Attendance enabled, click on "Clocked In" to see your currently clocked-in team members. Hover your mouse over the green circle to see the time that they clocked in! Once the team member has clocked out, they will be removed from the Shift Monitor.
6) If your team uses Prospr to manage breaks, Shift Monitor will show all active breaks, including their duration. Once a break ends, it will no longer be visible on the monitor.
The Shift Monitor on the Mobile App
1) While on the Prospr Mobile app, tap on the "Heartbeat Monitor" icon while on the Dashboard.
2) If your Workspace is using Shift Notifications, you will see "Pending" for those users who have received a notification but have not yet confirmed. A yellow circle indicates that a team member received their first notification. A red circle indicates that a team member has received both notifications, but has still not confirmed.
Tap on the user to see the notification times, and the option to confirm their shift for them. You will also be able to give the team member a call.
4) Tap on the "Confirmed" tab to see which users have confirmed their shift for the day! You can tap on the user to see the time that they confirmed.
5) If your Workspace has Time + Attendance enabled, tap on "Clocked In" to see the currently clocked-in team members. Tap on the user to see their clock-in and clock-out time!
6) If your team uses Prospr to manage breaks, Shift Monitor will show a user’s active break, including duration. Once a break ends, it will no longer be visible on the monitor.
