Can a Manager be added to the pickup queue?

No. Managers cannot be added to the pickup queue because they already have the ability to make the assignment. When a Manager picks up the shift, it is treated as their managerial approval, so an additional approval step is not required.

2) On the right-hand side, you'll see the “Pending Approvals” section. From there, you can select “Pickups”, “Pickup Queue”, or “Time Off” to view the current shift switches or pickups requests or time-off requests.
