Your team member will receive a notification from Prospr once requests have been approved or denied.
Dashboard | Web
1) While on the Prospr Web App, use your menu to head to the Dashboard.
2) On your right, you will see the "Pending Approvals" section. Select "Time Off" to view the current Time Off Requests. Please note, that you will not see the "Pending Approvals" section if there are no pending approvals at that time.
NEW addition: You can now filter your Approvals section by Locations by "Mine", as determined in your profile settings, or "All Locations".
3) Request information & actions:
Conflicts: Understand if time off requests conflict with existing, published shifts.
Time Off Taken: Hover over the checkmark for a popup of the team member's time off history. You may toggle through summaries that represent: In [current year], Past 365, All Time, or Past 30.
Approve: Click the checkmark to approve the request.
Deny: Click the "X" to deny the request.
(Optional) Comment: Leave a warm wish for your team member to enjoy their time, request an adjustment, or let them know why it may be denied.
Each team member will receive a notification from Prospr once any request has been approved or denied.
Dashboard | Mobile App
1) While on the Prospr Mobile App, use your menu to head to the Dashboard.
2) Tap on the "Star" icon bottom center to read the "My Day" section of the app.
3) Tap "Pending Approvals" to see the current Shift Switches and Pickups (as well as any pending Time Off Requests).
NEW addition: You can now filter your Approvals section by Locations by "Mine", as determined in your profile settings, or "All Locations".
4) Review and respond to each request.
