You can access your missions through the “Dashboard” > My Day OR the “Joint Missions” section of your Prospr App.
In these areas, you’ll find your active Mission names and progress trackers.
Make sure that the mission isn’t ended (Joint Missions > Ended). Some missions are set to expire at a certain time of day.
Some missions are set for “Shift only access”. If you’re not scheduled for the right Location or Team, you may not have access to a mission.
If you’re having trouble, contact the Mission administrator or the Prospr team in app.
