As a Manager or Admin, Can I See Chats I'm Not In?

By default, managers and admins can only see the chat threads they’re a part of.

If needed for compliance or internal review, Prospr offers an admin-only feature for messages called Audit Mode. Audit Mode allows approved Admins to view the inbox threads of all users on the account.

🔒 Audit Mode is only available with help from Prospr Support and is restricted to users with the proper permissions.
