From the Chat inbox, long-press the thread you wish to Pin and click “Pin” in the popup. If you are in the thread itself, you may click the three dots in the upper right corner and select “Pin”.
Hover over the thread in your Chat inbox until three dots appear. Click the three dots and then “Pin”.
