Broadcast easily delivers a single message to many team members. Replies are sent privately back to the Broadcast owner.
Administrators can create Broadcasts for all groups, locations, and team members; Managers can create Broadcasts for their groups, locations, and team members; Team Members may receive Broadcasts from Administrators and Managers and reply directly to the Broadcast owner.
Mobile App & Web
1) From your Chat inbox, click “Create New: Broadcast”
2) Determine recipients by Locations, Teams, Groups, and individual users. Hit “Next”.
3) Name your Broadcast.
You can find your Broadcast thread later with this name and this is what recipients will see as a header for the contents of your message.
4) Build the content for your Broadcast message.
Add images, files, GIFS, and even polls.
5) Hit “Send”!
As your team may reply to your Broadcast, those responses go to you only and appear in your private thread. You'll also be able to track read receipts and trace who has read your Broadcast.
