Subscription/module changes in Prospr must be done using the Web app AND you must be a billing admin. Contact Prospr in-app if you believe you should have access and do not.
1) From the Prospr Web app, open your left sidebar and navigate to "Settings".
2) Click on "Account".
3) Review “You Subscription”. Click each subscription module (Chat, Scheduling, Ticketing, Resources, Time & Attendance, and Joint Missions) to build a preview of your updated costs.
Be sure to hit “Update Plan” if you want to proceed with your new module selection.
4) As soon as your plan is updated, the module will be available for use or disabled immediately.
