Creating and Using Teams in Prospr

Teams help segment your workforce. Create your organization's teams and assign them to the relevant locations. Teams are used in Scheduling and Shift Pool eligibility so you can ensure that the right people are working the shifts that match their team and location assignments.

Important
Team changes in Prospr must be done using the Web app.

1) From the Prospr Web app, open your left sidebar and navigate to "Settings".

2) Click on "Teams".

3) To create, use the “+” button in the upper right.

• Name your new Team, add an optional description, and hit “Create”.

4) Modify Team names with the “Edit” button or click the “Remove” button.

Prospr Pro Tip
Creating a Team does not automatically assign it to Locations. To use the new Team at your Locations, you must add it to each Location that requires it.
