1A) On the log-in screen, tap "Forgot Password” (Mobile App)
1B) or go here: https://app.prospr.work/reset (Web App)
2) Enter the email address or phone number that you use to log in to Prospr
3) Check your email or SMS messages for the reset link that you've been sent

4) Follow the link you've received, and enter your new password. When complete, tap on "Change Password."
5) Success! You will now be able to log in with your updated password! Tap "Login" to proceed.
