Forgotten/Reset Password Instructions

1) On the log-in screen, select "Forgot Password” or go here: https://app.prospr.work/reset.

2) Enter the email address or phone number that you use to log in to Prospr.

3) Check your email or SMS messages for the reset link that you've been sent.

Can't find the password in your email? Make sure to check your spam and junk folders. If the email did not arrive, reach out to Prospr support.

4) Follow the link you've received, and enter your new password. When complete, tap on "Change Password."

5) Success! You will now be able to log in with your updated password! Tap "Login" to proceed.
