Learn how to delete your user account from the Prospr mobile app.
If at any time, you need to delete your user account, you are able to do so from within the Prospr mobile application. You will need to be logged in before you are able to continue with account deletion. If you have lost your login credentials, you can use the password reset flow from the Login screen.
1. Navigate to App Settings via the left-side navigation menu
2. Select the option: 'Manage Account'
Note: You will need to scroll to the bottom of settings.
3. Complete account deletion
Type "delete me" in the provided text input. This is to prevent accidental deletion. Then press the 'Delete Account' button.
When you delete your account, all of your personal information including your email, phone, profile photo, social media accounts and home address will be deleted. Your account will no longer be accessible to anyone for any reason.
Because the purpose of Prospr is to track employee activity like time off, hours worked and scheduling, this data will be preserved for up to one year so that your employer is able to maintain accurate business records. Your first and last name will still appear on time cards, time off, schedules and tickets so that they remain identifiable for your employer.
