Customizing Your Notification Preferences

Using the Prospr Web App, learn how to customize the way you receive notifications!

Notification Preferences for Team Members

1) On the Prospr Web App, click on your profile picture in the top right corner of your screen. Then, click on "Profile Settings."

2) Now that you're in your profile, click on the "Preferences" tab to begin changing notification preferences. As a Team Member in your Prospr Workspace, you have the option to opt in for additional SMS texts or email notifications.

Important: These notifications are in addition to the Prospr app notifications that you already receive.

3) Check the boxes if you would like to receive texts or emails for the following:

  • Schedule Updates - If changes have been made your work schedule, such as new shifts added, start time was changed, etc.
  • Tickets - If a Ticket was assigned to you, a new note was added to a Ticket you are included on, etc.

  • Bulletin Board - Receive a text or email when a new Bulletin has been posted
  • Knowledge Center - Receive a text or email when a new Resource Article has been published, or an existing Article has been updated.

4) Click "Save" in the top right corner when you're done!

 

Notification Preferences for Admins / Managers

1) On the Prospr Web App, click on your profile picture in the top right corner of your screen. Then, click on "Profile Settings."

2) Now that you're in your profile, click on the "Preferences" tab to begin changing notification preferences. As an Admin or Manager in your Prospr Workspace, you can choose to opt in/out for push notifications sent to your cell phone. You can also opt in/out for SMS text notifications and emails!

3) Check the boxes if you would like to receive texts/emails/push notifications for the following:

  • Shift Notifications - If there are shift switches that need approval, or there is an unconfirmed shift for a team member. You can also receive notifications regarding your own work schedule.
  • Tickets - Choose to receive notifications based on the level of priority of a Ticket, if a Ticket was assigned to you, and more!

  • Bulletin Board - Receive a text or email when a new Bulletin has been posted
  • Knowledge Center - Receive a text or email when a new Resource Article has been published, or an existing Article has been updated.

4) Click "Save" in the top right corner when you're done!
