Adding Shift Notes

If you'd like to share a note with your team member about a certain shift, add a shift note!

Important: This article will cover how to add a shift note for a single shift. If you'd like to view how to add shift notes while creating scheduling Templates, see our article on "How to Build a Template." (INSERT A LINK)

Whether you are adding a note in the Gantt or Grid view, the process is the same.

1) In the Scheduling Planner, hover over the shift you want to add a note to.

2) Click on the three dots that appear on the right of the shift.

3) Click "Notes."
