Activating Your Prospr Account

If you've just been invited to join Prospr, this article will take you step-by-step through setting up your Prospr Account.

1) First things first, make sure you already have the Prospr at Work app downloaded to your phone!

2) You should have received an email invitation like the one below from Team Prospr. This email will have a temporary code that you will use to activate your account. Copy or write down that code!

3) Open your Prospr Mobile App. You will see a log-in screen.

4) Enter your email address. This will be the same email address that received the invitation to join Prospr. Enter the temporary password.

5) You will see an open invitation to join your team on Prospr! Tap on the name of your company, then tap "Accept."

6) It's time to get started! After tapping on "Get Started", use the dropdown to select if you would like your Prospr app to be displayed in English or Spanish.

7) Change your password to something new that you will remember!

8) Customize your profile picture! Tap the left circle to take a picture, or tap the right circle to add a photo from your phone's camera roll.

9) Enter your phone number. You will then receive a text message from Prospr with a code to confirm your number. Enter that 5-digit code!

10) Add in your address.
