Photos and Files Are Not Uploading to Prospr from My Phone

If you are ever experiencing issues attaching photos anywhere in Prospr, check Prospr’s permission for your photos.

Managing Prospr's Access to Photos on iPhone

1) Open the Settings app.

2) Tap Privacy & Security.

3) Tap Photos.

4) Tap the icon for the Prospr app.

5) Choose from a) None (you will not be able to add photos in Prospr), b) Limited Access (restrict photo access to specific files), or c) Full Access.

Managing Prospr's Access to Photos on Android

1) On your device, open the Settings app.

2) Tap Apps.

3) Tap the Prospr App in this list. If you can't find it, tap "See all apps". Then, choose your app.

4) Tap Permissions.

If you allowed or denied any permissions for the app, you’ll find them here.

5) To change a permission setting, tap it, then choose "Allow".
