Use Pre-Shift Surveys to capture information and feedback from your team in correlation with their scheduled shifts.
Pre-Shift survey is an account-wide setting that while "ON", will apply to all users and shifts for the account.
Pre-Shift Surveys are great when you need input or response from the team. Consider using Open/Close checklists, if that makes more sense for your team's workflow.
Open/Close Checklists
Configure checklists to accompany a user's clock in or out routine
1) Navigate to “Scheduling” > “Surveys”.
2) Build your desired survey with the Survey Editor.
Build English/Spanish versions, as needed.
Question types: Yes/No, Free input, Choose one, Choose multiple.
Determine if a specific, "problematic" response should trigger an alert to the Manager.
3) Once the builder is configured to your needs, check the box under “Enable Pre-Shift Health Check?”.
4) Determine your preferred timing, notifications, and reminders.
