After submitting a Ticket, the following users will have access and receive a notification that a new Ticket has been made.
1. Admins - All Admins of your Prospr Workspace can view all Tickets.
2. Location Managers - Any user listed as a Manager of the Location you submitted the Ticket for will be able to view it.
3. The Assignee - The user you assigned the Ticket to.
4. Ticket Followers - After creating a Ticket, you can select additional users to be able to view your Ticket. We cover that in-depth in "Adding Followers" to Tickets.
