For Managers and Admins, team member availability is crucial to streamlining scheduling as warnings will generate if you try scheduling a team member for a time when they are unavailable. Team members may also suggest changes to their availability on their side, which will provide you with a Prospr notification for approval.
1) On the web app, head to "Settings" in your menu bar.
2) Select "Users."
3) Find the user and click on their name to open their profile.
4) In the Availability tab, under Scheduling availability you will see the team member’s current availability per day of the week.
5) Use the checkmark on the day of the week if this team member should be available all day or use the “+” button to add availability windows.
6) Hit “Save” in the upper right corner!
1) From your left-hand menu, select "Directory".
2) Search for or scroll to select the correct user. Then, click on their name to open their profile.
3) Click the “Work Information” tab.
4) Click the edit icon next to “Availability”.
5) Use the toggles next to each day of the week and then the checkmark to indicate whether or not the user is available all day. If the user is not available all day uncheck this box and use the popup to build availability windows.
6) Hit “Review and Save”.
7) Review the changes summary and hit “Confirm” once ready.
