To search the Directory, navigate to the menu on the left hand side of your screen and click on “Directory.”
Once there, the Directory is where you can search using quite a few different methods. We’ve outlined the ways you can search below.
Search by Keyword
Searching the Directory by keyword is quick and easy. Just type in the team member’s name or email in the keyword box, and the Directory will pull up their contact information.
Search by Location
If you don’t specify a specific location, the Directory will search all locations. To search for team members who are at a specific location, click the drop down arrow in the “Locations” box. This will narrow the search down to team members who are assigned to the specific location you want to search.
The Directory also allows you to search by Team. First, click the “More” button on the top right-hand side of the Directory.
Then, additional search parameters will appear. Feel free to select the team that you want to search. Once you click on a specific team, the Directory will automatically filter to display those team members.
If you want to search for team members with specific job titles, you can do that too! Just select the drop down in the “Job Title” box to filter the Directory by the team members that fall under that specific job title.
And, as if you haven’t already explored the many ways to search already, you can also search the Directory by Account Type. Just click on either “Manager” or “Administrator” to filter the Directory down to the team members with those specific roles.
Last, but definitely not least, you can also search the Directory by gender. Just click on either “Male,” “Female,” and/or “Unspecified” to filter the Directory down to those team members who fit the option you select.
