To update a team member’s availability in Prospr at Work™, navigate to the menu on the left hand side of your screen and click on “Settings.”
After, you’ll land on the Settings page in Prospr at Work. Simply click the “Users” button.
Search for the team member whose availability you would like to update using the person’s name, location, or email address.
Once you find the team member, click on the person's name. You’ll be taken to their “My Account” page. Then navigate to the middle of the page and click the “Availability” tab.
To update the team member’s availability, select the day(s) you want to change and then click on the time. A box that allows you to change the start and end times or delete the entire day will pop up.
Make the appropriate edits and then click “Done.”
If the team member is free during additional times on the shame say. Click the “+” button to add additional availability. The default will be 9am-5pm; but, feel free to edit the time using the instructions above.
When you’re finished making all of the changes, click the “Save” button at the top right-hand side of your screen and then shimmy for a bit. You’ve just updated a team member’s availability.
