To delete a ticket in Prospr At Work™, head over to the menu on the left hand side of your screen and click “Tickets.”
After you click “Tickets”, you’ll land on the Tickets page in Prospr At Work™ click on the ticket you want to delete.
Then, head over to the right hand side of your screen and navigate to top of the ticket. You should see the options “Open”, “In Progress”, and “Closed” and all the way to the right “Delete.”
Go ahead, click “Delete” and then pop lock and drop it. You’ve just deleted a ticket!
