To assign a ticket in Prospr™, head over to the menu on the left hand side of your screen and click “Tickets.”
After you click “Tickets”, you’ll land on the Tickets page in Prospr™. Click on the ticket that you want to assign to a specific team member.
Then, head over to the right hand side of your screen and navigate to the dropdown menu to the left of the “Assign” button. Use the drop down to select the team member to assign the ticket to.
Click “Assign” and do a little dance. You’ve just assigned a ticket. The team member you assigned the ticket to will be notified via email and on the Prospr™ app.
