To add a note to a ticket in Prospr™, head over to the menu on the left hand side of your screen and click “Tickets.”
After you click “Tickets”, you’ll land on the Tickets page in Prospr™. Click on the ticket that you want to add a note to.
Then, head over to the right hand side of your screen and navigate to the “Notes” section of the ticket of interest.
In the “Notes” box, type in your update. For example, if you called the repair person to fix the clogged sink in the restroom you can type “Called the repair person. They are coming on Monday to fix the sink.”
Press “Enter” to save the note and then do a two-step. You have updated a ticket by adding a note!
