To add a resource in Prospr at Work,™ navigate to the menu on the left hand side of your screen and click on “Resources.”

After you click “Resources”, you’ll land on the Resources page in Prospr at Work. Simply click “Add/Edit” button on the top right of the page. 

Then the screen will change to the edit view. Click the “New Entry” button on the top right of your screen to add a new resource to the section. 

The new entry screen will appear. This is the screen that allows you to draft your resource.

Then, fill in the relevant information associated with your resource including:

Article Title - type the title of the resource at the top of the page where it says “Enter article title.”

Body Field - enter relevant information about the resource in this section. Here is where you can edit the text of the resource, add hyperlinks, photos, or even embed videos. 

  • Adding a hyperlink - to add a hyperlink to a resource that will open in a separate tab, click on the “Link” button in the body field. Copy/paste the web address that you want to link in the “link target,” field and then select “add.” 
  • Embedding - to embed a hyperlink in the body of the resource post, click the ”Embedded” button and then copy/paste the link in the “Enter link” section. 
  • Adding a picture - to add a picture to the body of a resource, click the “Picture” button and either upload a picture or link a picture 

Add attachments - after you customize the body of your resource, you can add an attachment to the posting by clicking the “Attachment” button at the bottom of the Body Field. 

Tags - tags are a great way to categorize entries of a similar kind. To add a tag to a resource, select the drop down underneath the “Tags” text at the bottom of the Body Field. 

Folder - select the folder where the resource will be published. If there are no current folders for the resource, select the “+create new” button 

After you are finished adding all of the details of the resource in the Body Field section you’re now ready to publish it. To publish a resource, click the “Publish” button at the top of the screen. Published entries will be visible in the Resources portal and also appear in search results.

Pat yourself on the back. You created a new resource.
