Enable Time Tracking
To enable time tracking in Prospr At Work™, head over to the menu on the left hand side of your screen and click “Scheduling,” and then click “Time Tracking.”
After, you’ll land on the Clock In/Out page in Prospr At Work™. Click on the “Settings” tab.
Under the “Enable Time Tracking” header at the top left-hand side of the page, you might see some roles already selected. Feel free to click the roles that you want to have time tracking and unclick those roles that you don’t want to have time tracking.
Once you’ve decided, click the “Update” button at the bottom of your screen. Then, take a sigh of relief, you’re done.
You can also decide if you would like Prospr At Work™ to track breaks by clicking or unclicking the box underneath the “Track Breaks” header on the same page. Just make sure you click the “Update” button at the bottom of the screen to save your changes.
Checklists are another powerful tool that you can use to ensure your employees are clear on tasks. Use the same window as above to enable or disable clock-in checklists or clock-out checklists by simply clicking or unclicking those check boxes. Then press the “Update” button to save your changes.

Clock In Window
How soon do you want your team members to be able to clock in? You can adjust the time underneath the “Clock In WIndow” header on the left-hand side of the window pictured above. Just use the dropdown to change the time and select the “Update” button at the bottom of your screen to save changes.
Auto Clock Out
Want your team members to automatically be clocked out after their shifts? Use the dropdown under the “Auto Clock Out” header in the window pictured above, to determine how long after a shift do you want team members to be automatically clocked out. Don’t forget to click the “update” button at the bottom of your screen to save the changes.
