AUTO ASSIGN: Once you have inputted your team member’s availability you can auto assign a schedule.

Before you do this, make sure your auto assign preferences are selected for team roster, availability, overtime, and prior assignments.

Available team members will be placed into available shifts. Open shifts will remain gray for individual shift placement.

Manager Tip: If using auto assign for your first schedule with Prospr At Work, and you want to consider prior assignments, you will need to manually assign initially. The initial schedule will be more time consuming to account for placing individual's in specific shifts. (ex. Thomas always works Tuesdays.) You will need to input the schedule with our drop down and select the team member to place in shift or drag and drop from the team roster.

Search team or drag and drop into the available shift.
